Castore was looking to increase their social media KPI’s quickly and identify what a successful social media programme could look like for the brand. I developed a social media playbook including dos and don’ts, best practices and a learning agenda and worked with the brand for 4 months. This led to significant increases in reach and engagement alongside general brand consistency.
