Working on Stitch Fix’s social strategy, my focus was honed on understanding the return of investment of the brand’s content strategy and the strategic distribution across various channels. It was clear that the visibility and amplification of personal stylists, the very essence of Stitch Fix's unique selling proposition, was vital for growth.

THE process

In response to this challenge, I orchestrated the ‘Stylist Influencer Content Programme’, a pioneering internal initiative that empowered stylists within the organization. This programme enlisted stylists in a specialized content curriculum, where they were not only equipped with training and upskilling but also commissioned for crafting compelling content tailored for diverse digital channels.

After just three months, the programme was so successful that Stitch Fix invested in scaling it. I oversaw regular content shoots with Stitch Fix stylists. These efforts not only streamlined the content production pipeline but elevated the overall quality, maximizing impact across Stitch Fix marketing channels including paid + organic social as well as email. 

THE results

  • And grew impressions every month (+228% YoY)

  • With a 12% growth rate on Instagram

  • Whilst doubling engagement YoY
